BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH: Dr. Biser is a graduate of Cornell University, University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins Hospital, the #1 rated eye training program in the U.S. In 2001, he was one of fewer than 40 ophthalmologists in the U.S.A. to win a coveted Heed Fellowship, and also completed the highly-competitive O.C.L.I. Fellowship in Refractive and Corneal Surgery with world pioneers in these subspecialties. He was voted Surgical Attending of the Year at the Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital.
