Dr. Michael T. Kunesh graduated from the University of Notre Dame with highest honors in 1982. He attended Ohio State University Medical School where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the society which honors the top medical school graduates. Dr. Kunesh continued his training with an internship at the Cleveland Clinic followed by four years of ophthalmic surgery training at Ohio State University. Dr. Kuneshs academic success continued when he took the test to become a board certified ophthalmic surgeon and scored in the top 1%. Dr. Kunesh has been on the cutting edge of refractive surgery. He took one of the first courses for laser vision correction offered after FDA approval. He is experienced in many refractive surgeries.
