I. Howard Fine, MD

	Dr. Fine is a world-renowned eye surgeon. He is listed in all editions of The Best Doctors in America and the first edition of Marquis Whos Who in Medicine and Healthcare. He has received numerous awards including the prestigious Innovators Award given by the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the Honor Award from the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Maumenee award from the Baylor/Welsh Cataract and Refractive Surgery Congress, the Rayner Medal from the UK & Ireland Societies for Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the Brazilian Phaco Club Award. In 1999 Dr. Fine was named one of the 25 most influential ophthalmologists of the 20th Century by a vote of 16000 ophthalmologists worldwide polled by the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He has been a visiting professor at 23 medical schools in the United States and abroad and has delivered 13 named lectureships.
